Angie's Artisan Treats A Model Business Success Story
Dan and Angie Bastian didn’t set out to found a nationally known kettle corn company. The couple, hoping to earn additional income as a college fund for their children, began a new company called Angie’s Artisan Treats in 2001 and started popping kettle corn outside Mankato grocery stores in 2001. At the time, Van Gundy had just been replaced as head coach in Houston by Rick Adelman and was on his way back to the broadcast booth with ABC and ESPN. His talk centered around the way NBA coaches evaluate statistical information and how those numbers correspond to winning. He also suggested to us as fellow broadcasters, that we needed to modernize our statistical analysis to help fans better understand coaching strategy.

But bumps, bruises and, unfortunately, injuries are always a part of each season. Staying healthy and, where necessary, coming back as quickly as possible from an injury, are vital to any team’s success.

A Big Ticket flush, “WITH NO REGARD FOR HUMAN LIFE!" If you're a Wolves fan, you remember such lines very well. They were rendered from the booming voice of former Timberwolves play-by-play man Kevin Harlan, who continues to be one of America’s top broadcasters. In just this last year, you've heard his distinct call for NFL or college basketball games on CBS, watched him announce the NBA on TNT, or listened to his radio show in Kansas City.
